About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrician to join our team at Norton Children's Development Center, affiliated with the University of Louisville School of Medicine. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with other specialists to provide comprehensive care for children with complex developmental needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate children with various developmental conditions, including global developmental delay, intellectual developmental disorder, autism spectrum disorder, and complex attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Provide academic and clinical training to medical students, pediatric residents, and other trainees.
  • Contribute to research initiatives through Norton Children's Research Institute, affiliated with the University of Louisville School of Medicine.
Requirements
  • Board certification in Developmental and Behavioral Pediatrics.
  • Experience in psychopharmacology and medication management of complex cases preferred.
  • Medical degree and residency/fellowship certification.
