Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Monitoring Technician to join our team at Froedtert Health. As a Cardiac Monitoring Technician, you will be responsible for providing continuous cardiac rhythm surveillance for patients in general care areas and the Emergency Department requiring telemetry monitoring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify, quantify, and communicate electrocardiographic patterns and dysrhythmias
  • Provide continuous monitoring of patients, remaining alert at all times while on duty
  • Adapt to change in a fast-paced work environment
  • Exemplary communication, telephone etiquette, and customer service skills
Requirements
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Basic Rhythm Interpretation Course completion and passing score of 95% or higher within 90 days of hire
  • Ability to work every other Saturday and Sunday from 6:00am - 2:00pm
