Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver daily care to residents and patients following nursing protocols and directives from the Charge Nurse.
- Ensure the Plan of Care is adhered to for each resident or patient.
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) such as personal hygiene, mobility, comfort, and safety.
- Monitor and report any signs of skin issues or pressure sores.
- Provide necessary rehabilitative and restorative care.
- Respond promptly to resident calls.
General Requirements:
- Valid and active C.N.A. Certification
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
- Competitive Wage Range: $22.00
