Join Our Team as a Hospice Aide

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice Aide to join our team at FC Compassus LLC. As a Hospice Aide, you will play a vital role in providing comfort care to patients, enabling them to remain at home with their loved ones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families
  • Work collaboratively with the hospice team to meet each patient's unique needs
  • Help patients approach their final days with joy, peace, and dignity
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) highly preferred
  • Current CPR certification required
  • State-specific requirements apply in certain states (see below)
State-Specific Requirements:
  • California: State certification as a home health aide
  • Colorado: Completed state training program and certified via DORA
  • Indiana: Registered on the Indiana Nurse Aide Registry
  • Missouri: Licensed or certified as a Nurses' Aide, or completed a nurses' aide training program and employed as a nurses' aide for the past 24 months
  • New Hampshire: Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) required for hospice employment
  • New Jersey: Certification as a Homemaker Home Health Aide or long-term care CNA
  • Virginia: Aide certified required to practice in the state
  • Wisconsin: Certified and listed on the Wisconsin Nurse Aide Registry
