- Provide supportive counseling services to patients and their families to promote optimal psychosocial adjustment and quality of life.
- Assist patients with accessing community resources, such as home health services and vocational rehabilitation, to facilitate optimal treatment outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement activities to enhance patient satisfaction and quality of life.
- Masters in Social Work degree from an accredited institution.
- State required license to practice as a Social Worker.
- 0-2 years of related experience in a healthcare setting.
