Resident Care Support Staff

The Resident Care Support Staff is an integral part of our team at The Village Health & Rehabilitation. As a Housekeeping Department Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of our residents' living spaces.
Responsibilities:- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities.
- Performing daily cleaning tasks, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Restocking supplies and equipment as needed.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
- Responding to resident concerns and providing exceptional customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and infection control procedures.
