About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Operations Specialist to join our team at Stone Coast Fund Services. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure and providing exceptional support to our employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve IT troubleshooting requests in a timely and efficient manner
  • Administer entitlements for IT systems and client bank platforms
  • Provide guidance and training to junior team members
  • Assist in the rollout of new software applications
  • Maintain documentation of technology-related internal control processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Stone Coast Infrastructure team on projects and tasks
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in a Helpdesk or application support capacity
  • Experience with ITSM platforms and ticket management
  • Intermediate to advanced experience in troubleshooting end-user systems and network devices
  • Experience with on-premises, cloud-based network, and server environments
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to prioritize requests based on business needs and capacity
  • Availability to respond to system outages as needed during support hours
Education Requirements

A four-year college degree, preferably in Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
