Animal Caregiver Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Animal Caregiver to join our team at The Maschhoffs. As an Animal Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health and well-being of our pigs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily care of the animals, including feeding, watering, and monitoring the barn environment.
  • Assist in the training and development of junior staff members.
  • Participate in the breeding, birthing, and care of piglets.
  • Collaborate with the farm management team to achieve production goals.

Requirements:
  • A high school diploma or GED is preferred
  • Animal husbandry skills or the desire to learn
  • Availability to work every other weekend
  • Ability to lift, push, or pull a minimum of 50 pounds
