Job Title: Christmas Concession Specialist

We are seeking a Christmas Concession Specialist to join our team at the Fairmont Scottsdale Princess. As a key member of our concession team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a magical experience for our guests during the holiday season.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional, friendly, and engaging service to guests
  • Serve a variety of sweet treats, including fresh kettle corn, donuts, and roasted nuts
  • Display knowledge of all event activities and inclusions
  • Ensure the proper setup of all side stations in the outlet
  • Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage
Requirements:
  • Previous lounge experience preferred
  • Arizona Liquor Server Certification
  • Arizona Food Handlers Certification required
  • Previous point of sale system experience an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
  • Highly responsible and reliable
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
