  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to food safety and sanitation.

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in sanitation processes in a food manufacturing facility, including experience leading direct-reporting team members.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, including problem-solving and analysis, as well as the ability to manage time through efficient planning and organizing of daily work.
  • Personal Qualities: Personal qualities of tact and dependability, with the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
