Job Description: Health First is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Nurse Leader - Surgical Services to join our leadership team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient care and outcomes by leading and mentoring nursing staff in the surgical services department.

As a Nurse Leader - Surgical Services, you will be responsible for supervising and evaluating nursing staff, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also work closely with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions between departments.
