Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in a school district near Osseo, MN. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate students' speech and language abilities.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication goals and objectives.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students in both individual and group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as necessary.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) as needed.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active MN PELSB Tier 3 or Tier 4 licensure.
  • Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to manage a caseload effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with colleagues, parents, and students.
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices and techniques in speech-language pathology.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Willingness to provide supervision to Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPAs) if required.
