Senior Project Management Role in Richmond Virginia

We are looking for a highly skilled HVAC Project Manager to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. As a key member of our project management team, you will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects, from planning and execution to completion.
About the Job
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in HVAC construction project management on commercial projects. They will be responsible for planning, scheduling, and executing the installation of HVAC projects with field install teams. Additionally, they will oversee and manage commercial construction projects from sale to completion, create project plans, schedules, and budgets, collaborate with foremen to ensure timely project completion, track project progress, and make adjustments to meet goals.

Requirements
* 5+ years of HVAC construction project management experience on commercial projects

* Ability to read blueprints and schematics to understand project specifications
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Office, Acrobat, and similar programs
Compensation
This role offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $110,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes tuition reimbursement and PTO/paid holidays.
