About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Technician to join our team at Billings Clinic. As a Pharmacy Technician, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacists in delivering quality pharmaceutical care and medication distribution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist pharmacists with medication distribution, including compounding, filling prescriptions, and processing claims.
  • Maintain accurate medication inventories and supplies.
  • Facilitate the delivery of pharmaceuticals to meet customer needs.
  • Process prescription claims, including adjudication, reconciliation, and insurance verification.
  • Enter medication charges and credits for patient accounts and insurance claims billing.
  • Participate in quality improvement activities to assess and improve quality.
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent.
  • Current registration with the Montana State Board of Pharmacy.
  • Successful completion of all required training and department-specific competencies.
  • Ability to maintain continuing education requirements and produce documentation upon request.
