The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Sox Compliance Lead to join our team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation and maintenance of Sox controls across our IT systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Sox General IT Controls and their application in our organization.
  • Collaborate with internal audit teams to ensure the accuracy and completeness of Sox controls.
  • Identify and document process improvements to enhance Sox compliance.
  • Lead special projects related to Sox compliance and risk management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with control owners and internal audit teams.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of Sox General IT Controls and their application in a large-scale IT environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Proven experience in Sox compliance, risk management, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
