About the Role

This is a 4-12 hour shift role in the healthcare industry, where you will provide assistance and care to senior clients in their homes. Your main objective will be to improve the quality of life for our clients by promoting independence and ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and eating
  • Assist with Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (IADLs) such as managing finances and medications, food preparation, and housekeeping
  • Provide compassionate and person-centered care to senior clients
  • Accompany clients to appointments and engage in meaningful activities
  • Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • At least 2 years of professional experience working with seniors
  • Valid driver's license and car insurance
  • Own and reliable transportation
  • Compassionate, patient, and reliable attitude
  • Passion for helping others and making a difference in someone's life
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly wage of $13 to $15, paid biweekly, as well as opportunities for growth and advancement within the company. You will also receive ongoing paid trainings and support to help you succeed in your role.
