We are seeking a highly skilled Dentist to join our team at the Airway Heights Corrections Center. As a Dentist, you will be responsible for providing dental services to incarcerated patients, ensuring their oral health and well-being. This is a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others while working in a dynamic and challenging environment.
Key Responsibilities- Provide dental care to incarcerated patients, including routine check-ups, fillings, extractions, and other necessary treatments.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to address patients' oral health needs.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
- Conduct regular quality improvement activities to ensure high-quality care and patient satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in dental care.
- Valid, unencumbered Washington State license to practice dentistry.
- Unrestricted DEA registration to prescribe controlled substances.
- Valid BLS certification for healthcare providers.
- Two years of clinical experience in the practice of dentistry (preferred).
