Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Specialist - Sales Associate to join our team in Knoxville, TN. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


* Provide exceptional client service by anticipating needs, exceeding expectations, and adhering to high standards of service excellence
* Build strong relationships with clients through active listening, empathy, and effective communication
* Drive revenue growth by consistently meeting or exceeding financial goals, contributing to store objectives, and identifying opportunities for improvement
* Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to operational guidelines and procedures
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals, share knowledge, and support the success of the sales floor team
* Participate in training programs and education tools to enhance product knowledge and stay up-to-date on current market trends
* Perform register transactions efficiently, handle cash accurately, and maintain a secure work environment
* Stay informed about company policies, practices, and procedures, as well as federal, state, and local laws


Requirements:


* High school diploma or equivalent required; minimum one year of sales associate experience or relevant experience in the services industry preferred
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Physical stamina to lift and carry up to 20 pounds occasionally; ability to maneuver around sales floor and stockroom
* Ability to adapt to changing circumstances, remain flexible, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision
