- Administer immunotherapy injections accurately and safely, ensuring patient comfort and well-being.
- Maintain meticulous records of patient information, test results, and treatment plans in electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Collaborate with the medical team to provide comprehensive patient care, assisting during examinations and procedures as needed.
- Verify insurance benefits and obtain necessary authorizations for allergy testing and treatments.
- Educate patients on symptom management strategies and medication administration techniques.
- Previous experience in an allergy clinic or healthcare setting is preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for effectively interacting with patients and colleagues.
- A positive and professional attitude, coupled with a commitment to providing exceptional patient care.
