Job Title: Program Manager

DirectViz Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to join our team in Lanham, MD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will oversee the integration and execution of various program and project activities related to the Integrated IMF Modernization (IMF Mod) Portfolio. This role requires a deep understanding of the impacts of the IMF Modernization system and its components, alongside the ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage program and project integration efforts to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Support various program and project activities through technical analyses and reviews.
  • Facilitate process improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with best practices and standards.
  • Analyze and understand the impacts of the Integrated IMF Modernization system, its components, and associated projects.
  • Gather and compile relevant data into presentations and other artifacts for stakeholder review.
  • Provide program integration support, including interfacing with and supporting Delivery Partners.
  • Coordinate the deployment of newly developed capabilities across the organization.
  • Monitor project performance and ensure successful delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in leading federal contracts, with at least 5 years specifically related to federal systems modernization.
  • Proven experience leading programs of similar scope, size, and complexity as the IMF Mod Portfolio Program.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification is required.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with federal contracting processes and compliance requirements.
Physical and Mental Qualifications:
  • Be able to maintain awareness during scheduled working hours.
  • Prolonged periods sitting or standing at desk and working on a computer (mouse and keyboard)
  • Able to lift up to 15 pounds.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; good command of the English language
  • Execute tasks independently and work as a team.
  • Learns and memories routine tasks.
  • Strong organizational, grammar, business correspondence, and self-management skills
