As a leading consultant in the automotive sector, you will leverage your extensive expertise to deliver operational excellence to OEMs and Tier 1 Suppliers. Your role will be pivotal in driving significant improvements on production floors through strategic insights and hands-on interventions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering expert resources, technical guidance, and consultation for Quality System Implementation and Process Standardization.
  • Developing and executing Standard Operating Procedures that align with established Quality Standards.
  • Facilitating training sessions for team members and stakeholders on internal Quality Procedures.
  • Providing technical assistance throughout the quality process, including PPAP and APQP documentation.
  • Conducting comprehensive internal or external audits, focusing on IATF or ISO compliance and supplier adherence.
  • Leading initiatives for process enhancements through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Creating and maintaining detailed Quality Manuals that outline standards and procedures applicable on the production floor.
  • Initiating and spearheading Kaizen (Continuous Improvement) projects aimed at optimizing existing processes.
  • Collaborating with internal Quality Departments to assess and refine current quality practices across the production workflow, implementing necessary changes to enhance efficiency and quality standards.

Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of hands-on experience in Quality Systems Maintenance or Management within the Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Aerospace Manufacturing sectors.
  • In-depth knowledge of developing and implementing Quality Standards and Processes across manufacturing environments.
  • IATF or ISO Certification is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional analytical and conceptual skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients at all organizational levels.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in presentation tools (MS Excel, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, demonstrating mature judgment.
  • Experience in leading small teams successfully in delivering Quality projects or programs.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience with ERP and SAP systems is required.
  • Prior consulting experience is advantageous.
