- Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
- One year of experience in a hospice or palliative care setting
- Current licensure as a Master's level social worker
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work with diverse patient populations and families
- Experience with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
