Job Summary:We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced healthcare environment. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes and promote a culture of excellence.
Responsibilities:- Provide professional nursing care to patients in support of, and as directed by, the physician.
- Administer medications and document therapeutic effects.
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient's medical status during entire course of treatment.
- Perform assigned back office duties and rotate as a telephone triage nurse in an efficient and professional manner.
- Collaborate with healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing or of a Nursing Vocational or Nursing Technical school required.
- Current License to practice as a Practical Nurse in New York State required, plus specialized certifications as needed.
