Dynamic Sales Route Driver

Vestis is a leading company in the industry, and we're seeking a skilled Route Sales Support Driver to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the market center on all routes, managing daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This position requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to balance multiple responsibilities, including verifying daily vehicle maintenance, loading/unloading products, and meeting sales goals.
Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a company step van in designated areas to provide products and services to clients.
- Verify daily preventative maintenance of vehicles and maintain proper operator documentation.
- Manage daily routes independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
We are looking for individuals who possess a valid driver's license, excellent driving records, and experience in customer service. Strong math and basic computer skills are also essential for this role. Additionally, you should have the ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and think quickly to identify/solve customer concerns.
Benefits:
Vestis offers a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and pension plans. Employees are eligible for 40 hours of vacation, 16 hours of floating holidays, and paid sick time every year. We also offer 6 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
Compensation:
The estimated annual salary for this position is $49,352.00, based on an hourly rate of $23.86.
