Outpatient Therapist Specialist

The Per Diem Outpatient Clinician is responsible for delivering exceptional group facilitation, crafting a personalized recovery experience that integrates an individual's body, mind, and spirit. This role provides coverage for PHP, IOP, and/or OP groups as needed.
Responsibilities- Provide coverage for assigned PHP, IOP, and/or OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulatory requirements.
- Conduct monitored urinalysis of clients, ensuring accurate documentation and specimen processing.
- Demonstrate expertise in group dynamics and processes.
- Collaborate and consult with the OPS interdisciplinary team regarding group member clinical processes and needs.
- Deliver therapeutic treatment utilizing best practices of counseling and crisis intervention.
- A graduate degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology or related field is required.
- Holding and maintaining an independent license in Connecticut as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT is necessary.
- Previous experience facilitating group therapy is mandatory.
- Prior experience working in an outpatient setting is preferred.
This position offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $50.00 to $90.00 per hour. The actual pay will be determined based on various job-related factors including skills, education, training, credentials, experience, scope, and complexity of role responsibilities, geographic location, performance, and working conditions.
