Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) to meet the unique needs of students with special needs.
  • Collaborate with school teams and families to provide personalized guidance and support to students.
  • Use evidence-based instructional models and strategies to teach knowledge and skills, nurture confidence and character, and meet the needs of all students.
  • Implement behavior management and intervention strategies, including de-escalation techniques, crisis management, and physical restraint when necessary to maintain the safety of students and staff.
  • Drive, record, and track student growth and progress toward academic, social, and emotional goals.
  • Supervise and monitor students, including to and from locations within the school.
