What You Will Do

As a Scoular Merchandising Intern, you will be immersed in a challenging, fast-paced environment to purchase, sell, and transport ingredients worldwide. You will collaborate with a team of merchandisers to purchase and sell commodities, learn the logistics and supply chain management of commodities, gain an understanding of risk management and its impact on the business, analyze market conditions and other economic factors, develop and maintain customer relationships with end-users and suppliers, and own and manage a project throughout the summer and present your experience, learning, and recommendations to key leaders.
