Beth Abraham Center is seeking a skilled Financial Coordinator to join our team in Bronx, NY.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet with residents and families to discuss financial obligations and provide guidance on financial planning.
  • Assist with gathering documentation for Medicaid applicants and ensure accurate and timely processing.
  • Input census information into billing and clinical software to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collect private and income monies owed to the facility and maintain accurate records.
  • Support the insurance authorization process and ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Distribute resident funds in a secure and efficient manner.
  • Verify that all admission agreements are signed and up-to-date.
Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO processes is highly desirable.
  • High comfort level in meeting with residents and families to discuss financial matters.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Highly detailed and organized with excellent communication skills.
