Supervisory Role: This position does not involve supervisory responsibilities.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess the following:

  • Knowledge of safety protocols and proper handling of cleaning agents.
  • Attention to detail and thoroughness in task execution.
  • Ability to perform minor repairs and operate maintenance tools.
  • Capability to maintain a clean and organized environment.
  • Professional interaction with staff and clients.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Must successfully pass a background check.

Education and Experience:

A high school diploma or GED, along with six months of relevant experience or training, is preferred. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will also be considered.

Language Proficiency:

Ability to read and understand basic instructions and communicate effectively in writing and verbally.

Mathematical Skills:

Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

Reasoning Skills:

Ability to apply common sense to follow instructions and solve problems in standardized situations.

Certificates and Licenses:

A valid driver's license is required.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires considerable physical activity, including heavy lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds. Physical work constitutes a significant portion of the job.

Work Environment:

Employees may encounter various environmental conditions, including exposure to outdoor weather, moderate noise levels, and potential hazards requiring adherence to safety protocols.
