POSITION OVERVIEW
This is a full-time position with a schedule that will adjust based on the restaurant's needs.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will be instrumental in executing our Craft Training program, ensuring that all hourly staff receive the necessary training to enhance operational efficiency and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will be responsible for achieving annual financial goals, implementing local marketing strategies, and driving guest service initiatives. Managing the restaurant floor, maintaining regular interaction with guests, and addressing any concerns in a professional manner will be key aspects of your role. Adhering to all relevant federal, state, and local regulations is crucial to uphold the high standards of our establishment. Recruitment, training, and employee retention will also be part of your responsibilities as the Restaurant General Manager. Through ongoing coaching, managing the hourly compensation plan, and conducting performance evaluations, you will foster the growth and development of our team members.
Monitoring food quality, presentation, and compliance with standard ticket times will be essential to meet our guests' expectations. You will also oversee inventory management, timely ordering of supplies, and the proper maintenance of equipment and facilities. Upholding sanitation and security protocols as outlined in our standard operating procedures is a priority, along with implementing national and local marketing promotions to stimulate business growth.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Valid driver's license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in reading and speaking English
- Basic mathematical skills
