Key Responsibilities:

As a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Technician, you will:
  • Execute laboratory tasks including formulation and manufacturing process development, scale-up, and transfer activities across various equipment and manufacturing scales.
  • Oversee the production of lab-scale R&D, pilot, pivotal, and commercial batches, adhering to established documentation.
  • Assist in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment while collaborating with equipment vendors.
  • Support the development of orally inhaled and nasal drug products (OINDPs) in compliance with regulatory standards, industry best practices, and US FDA cGMPs.
  • Accurately document and report all laboratory and manufacturing processes in accordance with cGMPs and company SOPs.
  • Foster effective communication and collaboration with other departments and global respiratory R&D teams.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with team members.
  • Conduct laboratory work following SOPs and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with all corporate policies and guidelines.


Qualifications:
  • High school diploma with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
  • A relevant degree, certification, or license may be required.
  • Proven experience as a technician in pharmaceutical product manufacturing.
  • Familiarity with the production of tablets, capsules, injectables, and sterile products is preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Strong multitasking abilities and effective communication skills.
  • Capacity to explain complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion.
  • Competence in understanding verbal and written instructions.
  • Commitment to following health and safety regulations.
  • Excellent mathematical and analytical problem-solving skills.
