Job Summary

Tri Star Sports and Entertainment Group, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Recruiter to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing the hiring process, recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified applicants for open positions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the hiring process, including recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified applicants.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand the skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Lead the recruitment process, ensuring it is efficient and well-organized.
  • Assist with job descriptions, posting open positions, and maintaining org charts, turnover reports, and new hire reports.
  • Clear candidate references via phone and email.
  • Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards, newspapers, and colleges.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other resources.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or Human Resource Management Systems (HRMS).
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Trustworthiness, good judgment, and ability to work with confidential information.
  • Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.
  • Team Player – Can do attitude.
  • Resourceful outlook.
Qualifications
  • Ability to reliably commute to the Tri Star office.
  • 5 years of prior Recruiting experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, business administration highly preferred.
  • High-level understanding of accounting and financial positions and job functions.
