Nurse Care Specialist

Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality patient care and promoting a positive work environment. This role requires a strong commitment to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess resident needs and develop individualized care plans
- Administer nursing care and evaluate its effectiveness
- Supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in the delivery of nursing care
- Follow health, sanitary, and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice
Requirements:
- Current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment
- CPR certification
- Ability to communicate in English and follow verbal and written instructions
- Good interpersonal skills and attention to detail
Benefits:
