Position Overview:

  • In this role, you will provide essential support to our client's plan participants, guiding them through the enrollment process and updates for their benefits.
  • Your ability to connect with participants quickly and respond with empathy and accuracy via various communication channels will be vital.
  • Adapting your communication style to suit different personalities is key, as is handling sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA and Data Privacy regulations.
  • You will be responsible for understanding our client's plan documents and tools, gathering relevant information to meet current needs while anticipating future requirements.
  • Maintaining adherence to company protocols, delivering precise information, and keeping detailed records of all interactions will be crucial aspects of your role.

Key Qualifications:

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess member concerns and develop effective solutions.
  • Able to thrive in a structured environment, following schedules and protocols diligently.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of managing multiple computer applications simultaneously.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently in a collaborative team setting.
  • Comfortable in virtual work settings, including online training and communication with supervisors.
  • Competent in following oral and written instructions accurately.
  • Typing proficiency of at least 30 words per minute.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role is preferred.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday (No Weekends) with flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate
