  • Report any problems or concerns to the supervisor in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of services performed, adhering to Federal, State, and Corporate requirements.
  • Participate in assigned meetings and in-services to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to read, understand, and speak English for business necessity.
  • Prior experience in a Long Term Care setting is preferred.
