Key Responsibilities:

  • Offer personalized service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests.
  • Collaborate with Housekeeping Attendants to prepare guest rooms efficiently, delivering supplies, managing trash, and maintaining linen inventory.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring pars for guest room linen and supplies.
  • Ensure adherence to Fairmont, Forbes, AAA, and LQA standards on a daily basis.
  • Perform tasks and projects assigned by Housekeeping management and staff.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, providing assistance and resolving issues.
