Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure highest customer satisfaction through over-communication.
  • Manage construction sites from precon process to completion, including purchasing, sub-selection, contracts, safety, and scheduling.
  • Negotiate with contractors and vendors, and develop and produce job sites.
  • Regulate budgets and manage job costs.
Qualifications
  • Experience in residential construction, preferably in On-Your-Lot or scattered lot building.
  • Manage multiple projects (4-10 typically) with average home prices up to $825k.
  • Proven track record of successful operations and project leadership in New Construction.
  • Excellent team-building skills and communication abilities with customers and owners.
