Success On The Spectrum is a national ABA therapy franchise that provides life-changing services to children with Autism. Our model combines the most effective methods of Applied Behavior Analysis science with play-based learning, promoting generalization and growth.

Job Summary

We are seeking a high-energy Behavioral Technician to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with clients, implementing individualized treatment plans and creating a supportive environment for growth and development.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Develop and implement client material, including arts, crafts, and activities
  • Record client data and convert appointments into billing
  • Write detailed SOAP notes and attend weekly team meetings
  • Participate in quarterly in-service training and team bonding activities
Requirements
  • High School Diploma (College Degree preferred)
  • No criminal background
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Able to lift at least 40 pounds, sit on the floor, and be physically active
