Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized treatment plans for clients under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
  • Provide direct one-on-one therapy to clients in various settings, such as home, school, or clinic
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during therapy sessions
  • Assist with the development and implementation of behavior intervention strategies
  • Collaborate with the BCBA and other team members to ensure consistent and effective treatment
  • Maintain a positive and supportive environment for clients and their families
Requirements
  • RBT certification required
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
  • Previous experience working with individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and implement behavior plans accurately
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think quickly on your feet
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain confidentiality
