Job Summary:

The Bulk Manager at Sprouts Farmers Market is responsible for leading a high-performing team in the bulk foods department. This role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, inventory management, and team development. As a Bulk Manager, you will be the driving force behind creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the bulk foods department, ensuring that all products are properly stocked, rotated, and presented to meet customer expectations.
  • Lead a team of sales associates, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Manage inventory levels, ordering, and receiving to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase team productivity.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and achieve business objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date on company policies, procedures, and initiatives, and communicate changes to the team.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a retail grocery environment, with a focus on leadership and customer service.
  • Proven track record of success in leading high-performing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
