Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate patient care to ensure residents receive personalized medical treatment and support.
- Manage medication administration and assess patient conditions to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to enhance the quality of life for our elderly residents.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families on health-related topics and disease management.
- Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Rhode Island or compact state.
