Commercial Vehicle Training Program

We are looking for a highly motivated individual to participate in our CDL Driver in Training program in Norfolk, VA. As a CDL Driver in Training, you will receive comprehensive training and compensation while learning the skills necessary to become a commercial vehicle operator.

The estimated salary for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside experienced drivers to gain hands-on experience
  • Participate in regular training sessions and on-the-job training
  • Develop strong communication skills with dispatchers, supervisors, and team members
  • Meet safety and regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

  • Valid CDL Permit
  • Ability to pass background check and DOT physical
  • Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
