Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business clients to integrate SAP Service Management solutions, focusing on Repair Service Orders and Warranty Verification.
- Utilize Oracle Service Cloud to facilitate seamless integration with SAP via APIs, ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders.
- Engage in requirement gathering and the creation of functional specifications, including diagrams and flow charts, to support cross-functional analysis.
- Address service requests and manage production ticket issues, ensuring timely resolution and effective knowledge transfer.
- Work collaboratively with various internal teams, including the PO middleware and infrastructure teams, to drive project success.
- Participate in the upcoming S4 Hana Rollout, contributing your expertise to ensure a smooth transition.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in configuring SAP Service Management modules, with a strong understanding of related SAP components such as Finance, Logistics, and Supply Chain.
- Familiarity with SAP Customer Service processes, including Service Orders and Warranty Claims.
- Proficiency in tools such as Visio, PowerPoint, and MS Excel, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on SAP configuration experience.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to lead small to medium-sized projects effectively.

Compensation:
The pay rate for this position ranges from $80/hour to $95/hour, based on various factors including experience and qualifications.
