Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset protection strategies to prevent loss and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Lead and manage a team of Regional Asset Protection Managers to achieve business objectives and improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with store and regional leaders to coach, educate, and gain support towards achieving shortage goals.
  • Stay current with industry regulations and compliance standards in Asset Protection, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company policies.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the effectiveness of Asset Protection initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Experience evaluating information to determine compliance with standards, laws, and regulations.
  • Strong conflict management skills and ability to influence and provide thoughtful feedback to key partners.
  • Experience managing in a multi-unit retail service environment as a field-centric business partner.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business while also having the capability to travel weekly up to 70% of the time.
