Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist staff with the installation, configuration, and effective use of software and hardware systems.
  • Set up and maintain user computers, laptops, and necessary technical equipment.
  • Respond to IT support requests and manage general IT operations.
  • Ensure the security of all computers by implementing and updating antivirus solutions.
  • Test and apply system updates, patches, and configuration modifications.
  • Support the organization’s telecommunication systems by establishing new lines and resolving phone-related issues.
  • Maintain detailed logs of computers, telephones, and facility layouts.

Qualifications:
  • Basic understanding of computer systems and networking principles.
  • Willingness to participate in a rotating on-call schedule with fellow IT staff.
  • Experience in installing, repairing, and troubleshooting computer hardware.
  • Familiarity with installing operating systems, software applications, and antivirus programs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Compensation: $20.00 per hour

Expected Hours: Minimum of 40 hours per week
