The State of Colorado's Facilities department is responsible for providing a safe, clean, and functional facility to support the educational goals of the faculty, staff, and students of Front Range Community College (FRCC).

Job Summary

This position provides custodial services for the Larimer Campus, including cleaning and maintaining facilities, managing waste and recycling, and ensuring a healthy and safe environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain facilities, including offices, classrooms, and public areas
  • Manage waste and recycling programs, including collection and disposal of trash and recyclables
  • Ensure a healthy and safe environment by following proper cleaning and disinfection procedures
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to be physically able to perform the duties of the job, including lifting and carrying cleaning supplies and equipment.
