Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated Facility Sanitation Specialist to join our team at B and B Maintenance.

Part-Time Opportunity: This role offers flexible evening hours with a commitment of approximately 3 hours per week.

The primary responsibility of the Facility Sanitation Specialist is to ensure that designated facilities are maintained in a clean, sanitized, and organized manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage waste disposal and recycling efforts.
  • Perform thorough dusting at various heights.
  • Clean glass surfaces to maintain clarity.
  • Conduct sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming tasks.
  • Sanitize and disinfect all surfaces, including restrooms.

Work Schedule: The typical schedule includes working on Tuesdays and Fridays, with an estimated duration of 1.5 hours each evening. Start times are flexible, beginning after 5 PM.

Qualifications:

  • Must be dependable and detail-oriented.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Successful completion of a background check, drug screening, and E-Verify is required.
  • Previous experience in cleaning services is advantageous.
