Position Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and skilled educator who is committed to supporting children with diverse learning profiles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver tailored instruction in core subjects such as literacy and mathematics, aligned with each student's individual learning needs.
  • Work collaboratively with families, colleagues, and specialists to cultivate a supportive educational framework.
  • Implement effective classroom management strategies to maintain an engaging and inclusive learning environment.
  • Track student progress, evaluate their development, and adapt teaching methods to facilitate academic advancement.
  • Contribute to the establishment of a nurturing space that prioritizes student wellbeing and social-emotional learning.
  • Design and modify curriculum to cater to the specific requirements of each student.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Special Education or a related discipline; a Master's degree is preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience working with neurodiverse children in educational settings.
  • Ability to adapt to various educational contexts and environments.
  • Strong knowledge of best practices for enhancing students' literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Experience with assistive technologies and resources to improve learning outcomes for diverse learners.
