Home Infusion Pharmacist Opportunity

At HealthCoGA, we are committed to providing exceptional infusion services to our patients. As a Home Infusion Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of our care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review prescriptions issued by physicians to ensure accuracy and determine formulas and ingredients for multi-dose IV administration
  • Direct pharmacy techs in mixing, packaging, and labeling pharmaceuticals
  • Enter patient data, medications, and inventory into our database
Requirements:
  • Graduate of an accredited School of Pharmacy
  • Licensed and in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy in the state of practice
  • Self-directed and able to work without the presence of an immediate supervisor
  • Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and ability to work with all types of people
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with or knowledge of admixture procedures
  • 2 years of hospital or 1 year of home care practice
  • Supervisory experience
  • Post-graduate residency program in clinical pharmacy services
