Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and patient Caregiver/Direct Support Professional to join our team in Eau Claire, WI or Fall Creek, WI. As a Caregiver, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, helping them to achieve their goals and live a fulfilling life.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-on-one support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
  • Help individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal hygiene and meal preparation
  • Support individuals with developmental goals, such as budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
  • Assist individuals with behavioral challenges and other complex needs
